We have developed a new pack for all things flying!
Children have long been obsessed with different modes of transport, and our Flying Vehicle Pack will not disappoint!
At Craft Crate, we have been fascinated by the development of transport innovations over the past century, and we hope to inspire individuals to continue creating a better world for us all.
With commercial space travel a growing innovation, why not bring your children along for the ride?
Our Rocket 3D Puzzle seeks to engage children with space travel, both at its roots in the 50s and 60s, and with current scientific and technological advancements.
The moon landing in 1969, although admittedly before our time, remains an incredible feat and the evolution of space travel in today’s era is something to be extremely excited about.
The Rocket 3D Puzzle’s realistic design and customisable exterior allows your children to form their own identity through imaginative play whilst delving into the deep realms of space.
Whether it's creating an army of aliens to attack your rocket, or an imaginary galaxy full of undiscovered planets, there are so many possibilities available for children of all ages, abilities and interests.
Our Fighter Jet 3D Puzzle has proven an extremely popular activity and again is inspired by the evolution of fighter jets throughout the past century.
First used in 1943 during the Second World War, the image of the fighter jet has encouraged imaginative play in children ever since.
Used in tandem with drones in warfare today, the advancements of the fighter jet are more reminiscent of a giant flying robot than an aeroplane, with retractable wings and a satellite communications system.
Our fighter jets are based on a more traditional model, and we encourage children to colour and personalise their designs to suit whichever narrative they deem suitable for their style of play.
The third item in our Flying Vehicle Pack is the Helicopter 3D Puzzle.
Used today by emergency services, communications networks, military bases and for regular aerial travel, there are so many avenues for your children to explore with our design.
The first helicopter design was drafted in 1493 by Leonardo Da Vinci, but his sketches were not turned into a reality until the 1940s.
Da Vinci’s ‘flying machine’ took almost 450 years to be created and when it was, it revolutionised aerial assaults in World War II.
Since then, we have been fascinated by the development of the helicopter, especially features such as its rotor, which in the event of engine failure, is designed to allow air to continue to rotate the blades in a steady motion, delivering the aircraft safely to the ground.
Our design hopes to give children the opportunity to explore the different scenarios in which helicopters are utilised and inspire future generations to continue seeking greater technological advancement.
